The Practice

The Practice is a well-being intervention designed to reduce stress, increase joy, and support well-being. Performed 10-15-minutes daily, The Practice has been shown to benefit individual and group wellness. In a recent research study conducted by Mayo Clinic, researchers noted significant improvement from baseline in the following measures at 3 months post-intervention:

  • Well-being
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Professional fulfillment
  • Burnout
  • Medical errors
